Here at CP Gems & Minerals, we value the relationships we build, which is why our customers come first. 

Shipping Time:

All non-custom orders will be shipped out in 2 to 3 days. If a delay occurs, you will be notified immediately via email. Allow for Silver Sterling Stack Rings to be sent out in 5 to 7 days after you placed your order.  

All Custom Orders have a waiting period of 4 to 6 weeks, to allow the designer to create and mail your order.  If the order is delayed or will take longer to create, you will be notified immediately and prior to purchase agreement. 

Refund and Return Policy for "Fashion" and "Health/Wellness" items: 

If the item you have purchased is not up to your standard or is just not meeting your needs, please get a hold of us within the first 14 business days of your purchase to receive a full refund. 

Refund/Return Policy for "Creations by Pamela": 

"Metal by Pamela" have a lifetime warranty policy, which include free repair and shine on the house. "Metal by Pamela" are one of a kind pieces, so we will do our best to repair or replace the items returned. If pieces are damaged beyond repair, we can not refund or exchange the items.  

*Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your banking account.

We will even keep your design a secret until YOU are ready to reveal it.  All personal information and data is kept private.
